Designed for events, hotels, airlines, festivals, and everyday convenience.

The Opportunity
You’ll work directly with the founder across:
- Social media
- Content creation
- Influencer marketing
- Email marketing
- Growth strategy
This is for someone who wants to learn how a brand actually grows from the inside.
Requirements
- Based on the Gold Coast
- Must be over 18+
- Available 2 days/week (minimum 1 day in-office in Paradise Point)
- Own laptop + phone
Your Role (Primary Purpose)
Support organic growth through:
- Social media content
- UGC (user-generated content)
- Digital marketing systems
- Campaign execution

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
- Design custom wine pouch labels (Canva templates provided)
- Edit short-form video (CapCut/InShot templates provided)
- Post 3–5x per week on Instagram
- Support TikTok content
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Identify trends + execute ideas
UGC & Influencer Marketing
- Manage creator outreach + collaborations
- Coordinate influencer send-outs
- Track content delivery
- Identify top creators + onboard to Affiliate Program
Affiliate & Email Marketing
- Support and improve Affiliate Program
- Manage affiliate communications
- Assist with email campaigns (copy + design)
- Support automations + optimisation
Content & Systems
- Organise Google Drive content library
- Improve systems for efficiency + scale
Campaigns & Projects
- Assist with launches, campaigns, giveaways, new merchandise development
- Help plan our upcoming commercial video shoot
- Support pitch decks for commercial deals
- Edit product videos for website
Strategy & Growth Exposure
- Assist in analysing marketing performance
- Research growth platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest)
- Identify brand expansion opportunities

Ideal Candidate
- 2nd/3rd year uni student or recent grad (Marketing/Comms or similar)
- Passionate about branding + social media
- Strong communication skills
- Basic Canva/design skills
- Interest in short-form content (TikTok/Reels)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment + being a part of content with us
